OverviewNature and scope of job: The Recruitment Support staff will review and process applications, submit driver applications to carriers, and track candidates through the hiring pipeline. The role includes data entry, coordinating with clients and recruiters, and ensuring application completeness. This position also requires recruiting at least one successful hire per month while supporting overall recruitment efficiency.Shift Details9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Shift may be altered in the future based on business needs.Salary ScaleBase Salary of $120,000Monthly Bonus of $30,000 (Scorecard Based - 80% passing rate)From the first Hire of the month – 10% commission on Hired DriversDescription of DutiesPrioritizing and processing applications with a commitment to meeting assigned deadlines, ensuring all application submissions within your shift are completed on the same day they are received.Executing guidelines for both approval and disqualification processes with precision and adherence to company standards.Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with applicants, recruiters, and carriers, fostering effective communication throughout the application process.Collaborating closely with the recruiting team to facilitate the timely turnover of qualified applicants, contributing to the seamless functioning of the recruitment process.Handling incoming and outgoing calls to communicate effectively with applicants and address inquiries.Proactively following up with clients to ensure that all required information is updated and accurate.Providing constructive application feedback to applicants and recruiters, fostering a collaborative and improvement-oriented environment.Undertaking data entry duties with accuracy, inputting application information into an assigned database for streamlined processing.Undertaking any additional tasks or functions as assigned by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.Minimum Qualification RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Previous data entry experience considered an assetStrong customer service skills and experienceMinimum of 6 months’ experience in driver recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
