If you would enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking for a chance to become part of a stellar team of professionals, we invite you to apply online today.WORK MODEL#LI-OnSiteWHAT YOU WILL DOThe Director, Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring a business aligned end to end Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) function in HMC, spanning from process, governance, systems, assessment methodology, tools and globally consistent activation of these factors.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTBuild strong network with senior executives globally within Hyundai to be prepared for both current & future talent needs.Partnerwith the business & globalrecruitingdelivery teams to develop and implement effective strategies to addresstalentattractionchallenges, from attraction to placement especially at senior executive level and above.Lead a team of subject matter experts to navigate through a dynamic transformative agenda that is focused on high quality delivery of committed deliverables.Conduct market research and analysis to identify keytalentsegments and optimize the company’srecruitmentmarketingefforts. Conduct relevant talent mapping/incubation for future needs.Develop anemployervalue proposition that effectively communication the company’s unique benefits and culture to attract toptalent.Build strong network with universities/research institutes/ industry associations, in order to establish strong passive talent pipelines.Ensure TA systems and digital tools are fit for purpose and facilitates the acceleration of hiring top talents for HMC.Manage relationships with multiple external vendors, including search firms, to ensure high quality service delivery and successful project outcomes.Approve and manage the annual budget.Approve Purchase Requests/Invoice submissions per the purchasing policy.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEFifteen plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Experience with a global multinational firm matrix organization is required.Familiar with talent trends in different regions including Middle East, Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia.At least five years of people leadership role in delivering transformative agendas is required (not just leading a team of recruiters).Experience with automotive OEM is preferred.Track record of strong change management & transformative leadership (leading team and stakeholders).Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex solutions to simple anized, communicative, can effectively delegate and follow-up.Functional knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and office e-mail systems.Excellent verbal and written skills.WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOUCompensation Range: $215,000 - $265,000annual base salaryMonthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.Vacation and sick time offHealthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)401(K) company matchAdditional 401(K) Employer Enhanced Contribution program – eligible after 1 year of employment, in addition to the regular employer matching contributionBasic life insurance, short- and long-term disabilityMental health, wellbeing, and employee assistance programHealth advocate (coordinate care and services, assistance with claim and billing issues, understanding Hyundai benefits)WHAT HAPPENS NEXTExpress your interest by submitting an application.
