Director of Human Resources - Game Changers Only! Industry Relevance – Critical federal, healthcare, and commercial construction projects that matter.What You’ll DoLead HR Strategy – Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business growth and culture goals.Shape Talent Acquisition – Build pipelines of skilled construction professionals and leadership talent across the U.S.Own Compliance & Risk – Ensure adherence to Davis-Bacon, OFCCP, SCA, and prevailing wage requirements.Drive Engagement – Launch initiatives that boost retention, DEI, and employee experience.Modernize HR Systems – Implement and optimize HRIS, ATS, and workforce analytics tools.Partner with Executives – Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, COO, and project leadership teams.Develop Leaders – Build training, career pathing, and mentoring programs for future talent.Oversee Total Rewards – Manage compensation, payroll alignment, and benefits strategy.What You Bring10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ in a leadership role.Background in construction, engineering, or federal contracting industries.Expertise in compliance (Davis-Bacon, OFCCP, SCA, EEO, wage laws).Proven success leading recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and benefits.Strong communication and leadership skills with a “builder’s mindset.”Preferred: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or advanced degree; experience with M&A or union/non-union environments.BenefitsCompetitive salary $150K–$180K, plus bonus potential.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.401(k) with company match.PTO + paid holidays.Transit reimbursement (train & parking).On-site meal program.Gym membership reimbursement.Two-month paid sabbatical at 10 years.Continuous leadership development and mentorship programs.Why Apply?If you’re an HR leader who thrives in growth, innovation, and purpose-driven construction, this is your chance to leave your mark.
