This senior-level position requires an active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI access. The role demands excellence in program management, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement. This position is based in Washington, DC.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The IT Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the government customer and contractor staff, ensuring delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects. Key responsibilities include:Develop and maintain Program Management Plans (PMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Manage contractor staff and coordinate subcontractor activitiesProvide strategic guidance and technical oversight for complex IT initiativesLead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution developmentOversee incident management and technical support operationsDevelop and maintain staffing plans and emergency call rostersCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and OperationsGenerate regular status reports and technical documentationManage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with ITIL framework and processesServe as technical subject matter expert for classified systemsEducation and Experience:Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical fieldMinimum 10 years of related IT program management experienceMinimum 4 years in a supervisory roleActive Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCIRequired Skills and Competencies:Current CISSP, ITIL, and PMP certificationsStrong experience managing classified IT infrastructure and systemsProven track record of successful program delivery in federal environmentsExcellence in stakeholder management and communicationDeep understanding of federal IT security requirementsExperience with ITIL framework implementationExpertise in program management tools and methodologiesStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projectsExperience with classified systems and environmentsOn-call availability as requiredDesired Skills and Competencies:Master's degree in related fieldAdditional security certificationsExperience with classified network architectureKnowledge of federal acquisition processesExperience with systems engineeringFamiliarity with SCIF operationsPrior military or intelligence community experienceOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
