L2 Network Engineer-Bidadi

Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network issues related to wireless, switching, and access control.Operate and troubleshoot Cisco AireOS WLC and Catalyst 9800 WLC platforms.Configure and maintain wireless networks, SSIDs, RADIUS integration, and WLAN security policies.Monitor and administer Cisco ISE for authentication (802.1X, MAB), posture assessment, and guest access.Perform Layer 2 switching operations including VLAN configuration, STP, EtherChannel, trunking, and port security.Participate in network change management processes, preparing documentation and performing changes during approved windows.Collaborate with L3 engineers for escalated issues and project deployments.Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and standard operating proceduresRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in enterprise network support.Strong hands-on experience with Cisco AireOS and Catalyst 9800 WLCs.Proficient in Cisco ISE (authentication, profiling, policy sets).Solid understanding of L2 technologies: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, Port Security.Experience with RADIUS, DHCP, DNS, and AAA.Familiar with network monitoring tools and wireless survey toolsPreferred Skills:Experience with wireless site surveys and RF planning.Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center or Prime Infrastructure.Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, Ansible) is a plusNote : Please send softcopy of your resume to listed email address. #J-18808-Ljbffr
