We believe that our continued success begins with our people. We are seeking a BIM Manager with 8-10+ years of AEC industry experience for a full-time, in-office position. Interested applicants should be motivated, organized, and self-driven. Project types include commercial, automotive, mission-critical, retail, office, and interiors. If the responsibilities and qualifications below match your experience, and this sounds like an environment where you would like to work and grow, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Oversee the companywide implementation of BIM and related technologyUnderstand and communicate how BIM affects project workflows, deliverables, and project management companywideManage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all BIM projects, files, and models including BIM execution planProvide end-user training, support, leadership, and mentoringManage and mentor the BIM support team, including BIM Coordinator and BIM ModelersSet up Revit Models for all projectsAct as BIM Coordinator for select projectsHelp create and improve interoperability within Revit for increased sharing of information and efficiencies for companywide standardsOversee Navisworks setup and management for projectsQualifications and Experience:Professional degree in Architecture or similar preferred8-10+ years AEC industry experienceRevit/BIM: 8-10 years (Preferred)Proficiency in Revit, Revit Add-Ins, CAD, Navisworks, and 3D Rendering; Dynamo experience preferredFamiliarity with content management solutions and strategies requiredDesire to teach others about design technologies in daily practicesAptitude toward technology and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to challenge the status quo constructively and successfully and mentor staffStrong leadership, communication, and relationship management skillsStrong interpersonal communication and demonstrated oral and written presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
