Hands-On Director of Cybersecurity / SOC 2 / Oversee IT

We’re helping a company that develops custom internal software solutions for clients in the HR and payroll sector. They are expanding their team with a focus on AI integration and are seeking a Director of Cybersecurity to oversee new initiatives.The Director of Cybersecurity will be responsible for overseeing the organization's security strategy, ensuring the protection of systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You’ll be hands on with SOC 2 audits as the sole Security SME, while overseeing the IT Department. You'll collaborate with business leaders to align security initiatives with company goals while staying ahead of evolving cyber threats.
