Position SummaryAs part of Walmart IAM team you will work closely with tech and Business team to understand the requirements, design, architecture and influence the choice of technology to deliver solution working closely with architects and leadership team. Join our young, highly energetic and dynamic team, and take part in defining the new age Identity management for Walmart. You will also have challenging opportunities to cross-collaborate with inter-disciplinary product and engineering teams to solve some of the unique challenges in multi-channel shopping experience. About TeamBuilding the right technology foundation for Infrastructure & platforms is vital to success at the scale of Walmart. Our team builds and maintains the foundational technologies that support the tech organization. Included in this are data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure. All of these products and services are supported by scalable and powerful infrastructure, ensuring a secure and seamless employee and customer experience across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers. What you/'ll doDesign and implement new features while continuously improving quality of Identity and Access Management applicationBuild, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of Walmart worldwideDesigns reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.Develop software meeting code quality standards and metricsGuide and mentor others members in the team to promote highly technical and self-sufficient teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customersEnsures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems.Troubleshoots and resolves system incidents, problems and changes, as requiredEngage and support application teams integrating with IAM, SSO, Active Directory and related modulesSeeking and maintaining knowledge (cross/up skill) of current and upcoming identity security technologies. What you/'ll bringBachelor’s degree or Master/'s degree in computer science or related discipline.Demonstrated ownership for development and design of a few modules/features in a product.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Expert in Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL / NO-SQL and Hibernate – Hands-on experience building services using these technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices), experience building Restful services and APIs.Experience in web technologies like React JS, Java script, Type script, CSS is an add-on.Experience on unit testing frameworks (Junit, Spock, Jest etc) and code quality control platforms like SonarCI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOpsExperience with Cloud Computing platforms and deploying production applications into cloud: Microsoft Azure, Google cloud or similar is a plusAwareness of Agile (Scrum) methodologiesKnowledge of general industry IAM concepts and best-practices, particularly relating to SSO, MFA, AD, IGA and PAM is an addon.Knowledge of modern identity workflows (OIDC/OAuth/SAML) and how to implement them in a large system.Experience in Go language is a plusJava with multithreading concepts, Implemented Clean Code principles, Junits, ReSTful APIs development, understands performance and Automation aspects of coding to develop high performing services, Spring, Springboot, Microservices, Usage of NOSQL and RDBMS DB, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Experience.
