This strengthens our ability to drive measurable outcomes for brands and deliver more effective advertising.What we're looking forAs part of our global expansion and continued integration efforts, we're looking for a dedicated IT Support & Systems Administrator to serve as our first on-the-ground IT resource in the US timezone. You will play a crucial part in supporting our US-based employees, managing access controls, and contributing to the broader IT strategy and execution across the company.As our IT Support & Systems Administrator, you will....Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support needs in the US timezone, helping reduce delays caused by time differencesProvide front-line technical support for users: password resets, hardware/software troubleshooting, account issues, and system accessManage user onboarding and offboarding (equipment setup, account provisioning, and deactivation)Administer and maintain access control across a variety of tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, GitHub, etc.)Support office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, routers, VPN, and conference room AV equipmentProvide local support for the US business unit: system access, tool maintenance, and migration to LoopMe infrastructureMaintain accurate inventory of IT assets and enforce hardware lifecycle processesCoordinate with the global IT team on broader initiatives and security compliance effortsSupport documentation and automation of repeatable IT tasksYou will havePrevious IT support and systems administration experience in a SaaS or tech companyStrong troubleshooting skills in macOS and Windows environmentsSolid experience with access and identity tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, MDM like Jamf/Kandji)Basic to intermediate network administration knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal oversight due to timezone separationComfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, PeopleOps, and Security teamsFamiliarity with AdTech infrastructure is a strong plus, but not requiredWhat we can offerBonusHybrid working, meaning you will spend Tues - Thurs in our o'Farrell St officeSelf-Managed Vacation policy (no max on annual leave!)1 month work-from-anywhere401kSummer Fridays!LoopMe Gives Back; we have a committed and active CSR team who organise regular events to hold up our pillars of Learning, Charity, Wellbeing, Responsibility and SustainabilityWe’ll set you up for success, providing training and career developmentOur Compensation and Benefits (for California residents only)$100k - $120kIn accordance with California State Law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
