Identifies and resolves multi-step requests in the client's database while providing additional support to the Design and Project Management team.Responsibilities:Intake all customer requests via client’s database; assign to teams for execution if applicableUpdate client’s database to record schedule changes while maintaining turnaround time to meet key performance indicatorsResponsible for professional customer communications within the database, e-mails, phone calls and/or chat in a timely manner.Gather, document, and track details on floor plan updates to reflect furniture deliveriesWork collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completionIdentify and expedite high level or escalated requests with professionalism and sense of urgencyEnsure each request is completed to customer’s satisfactionOvercoming obstacles by providing resources and solutions amidst plete multi-step requests within the client’s database that require the involvement of various business units and coordinating schedulesCoordinating the delivery and removal of product to not interfere with the client’s operating businessComplete client requests involving specialty items outside of the normal scope of workSchedule truck deliveries and warehouse pickupsAssist Furniture Project Manager Zone Leads and Designers with planning and scheduling small scope projectsPlan and provide furniture options for small events upon client requestsRespond to inventory inquiries from multiple outside vendorsRequest security escorts to support the installation team gain access to restricted spacesAssist with inventory cycle counts and place inventory ordersQualifications:Education/ExperienceAssociates Degree or higher from an accredited college or university preferred. Prior experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Two to four years of customer service experience preferably within an office or account management setting. Prior experience working within a ticketing or customer service queue is a plus.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesKnowledgeable of furniture system parts and assemblyFully comprehends furniture floor plansStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be extremely organized with good time management skillsStrong attention to detail requiredAbility to analyze and problem solve and make decisions with minimal guidanceProficient in office productivity applications (Google suite product, preferred)Must be flexible and have a strong sense of urgencyAbility to provide excellent customer service and foster both internal and external relationshipAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be able to work under pressure in deadline driven situationsPhysical RequirementsSeeing, hearing, color perception, clear speechAbility to move distances within the office and warehouseComplex reading and writing, basic math skillsWorking EnvironmentRegularly works with others in person, over the phone and via emailGenerally works in an office environment around moderate noiseNature of work requires intermittent, unusual hours and some time spent out of the officeFlexibility to work morning shiftIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply with your resume today.
