It’s The Iron Bow Way.THE HIGH LEVELThe Lead Engineer will provide subject matter expertise (SME) level guidance and insight on diverse technologies and solutions supporting our team, with an emphasis on deploying advanced Enterprise Networking solutions leveraging Iron Bow partner technologies and service deliveries.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGServe as lead solutions architect for enterprise networking related engagementsDrive the architecture of advanced networking and high-level security designsResearch, evaluate and drive next gen data center solutions to solve customer needsManage solution development and deployments while adhering to best practices and meeting customer expectationsLead project initiatives from small to large complex networking solutionsTackle critical customer escalations as the technical point of contactAssist with RFQs, RFPs and BOMs when neededAssist with both high-level and low-level design documentationsEffectively work independently and within a team environmentWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEBachelors degree + 8 years hands on experience with network design and implementationTo include 8 years of IT/ Network/Cloud related deployment experience preferredProven ability to architect advanced networking solutions at multiple levels of the enterpriseExpertise in designing and deploying solutions integrating multiple vendors / stakeholders requiring advanced integration effortsExcellent oral communication skills with ability to present in front of small/large audiencesStrong MS Office skills developing technical diagrams, spreadsheets, presentationsAbility to multi-task and prioritize various projects and meet target deadlinesExperience in technical architecture design, implementation and project managementExpert hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN environmentsAdvanced networking certifications from multiple vendors (CCIE, JCNIE, Arista L5)TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSLocal travel in and around the DC metro area to include BaltimoreWHY YOU’LL LOVE ITLeverage your skills to further enhance the overall seamless execution of Audio Visual engagements while building partnerships with internal stakeholders and partnersIron Bow is rapidly growing and with growth comes opportunity for all.
