The ideal candidate will be AI-forward in their approach, leveraging modern tools and automation to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Execution:Lead 3-4 concurrent strategic transformation projects including technology platform modernization, business process optimization, and operational enhancement initiativesServe as primary liaison between Nasuni leadership and external consulting partners across various workstreamsManage project intake, chartering, planning, execution, risk management, and closure for all assigned initiativesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategiesCross-Functional Coordination:Coordinate workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teamsFacilitate stakeholder alignment and communication for complex, organization-wide initiativesLead project status meetings and executive reporting on progress, risks, and milestonesManage change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processesServe as day-to-day project lead for external consulting engagements, ensuring deliverables meet Nasuni standards and timelinesCoordinate consultant activities with internal teams to maximize value and minimize disruptionTrack consultant performance, scope adherence, and budget managementTranslate consultant recommendations into actionable internal implementation plansStrategic Program Support:Support the VP of Strategic Programs in portfolio management and strategic planning activitiesCollaborate with Vista's Value Creation Team on strategic initiatives and best practice implementationContribute to the development of project governance frameworks and industry best practicesAssist with executive communications, board preparation, and strategic planning processesQualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology transformation or strategic initiativesExperience managing external vendor/consultant relationshipsProven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within scopeAdvanced proficiency in project management tools (AirTable, Microsoft Project, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated use of AI tools in current or previous roles to enhance productivity and project outcomesExperience in a hands-on, innovative PMO/Project Management Office function, with a focus on delivering technology and transformation projects.Preferred SkillsExperience with technology implementation projects or business transformation initiativesBackground in SaaS, technology, or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools (AirTable, Microsoft Project, or similar)Experience working with external vendors or consultantsUnderstanding of or interest in private equity portfolio company operationsChange management experience or exposure to organizational transformationActive use of AI tools and automation in previous roles to streamline workflows and improve efficiencyCore CompetenciesCommunication Excellence: Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives, technical teams, and external partnersStakeholder Management: Proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse groups with competing prioritiesExecution Focus: Track record of turning strategy into action with meticulous attention to detail and follow-throughAdaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling organizationAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and optimize processesRelationship Building: Natural ability to develop trusted partnerships with both internal teams and external consultantsValues and AttitudesUnify to Win: Focus on outcomes that move Nasuni forward, not just your department or team.
