For more information about DAWSON, please visit .Summary:This position provides strategic analysis, research, exercise development, and program management support for the Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP). The work will be located at the Washington Naval Yard, Washington D.C.Job Responsibilities:Oversee employees on the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) TeamsSupport the CWC Challenge Inspections (CI) Assistance TeamAssist in planning, facilitation, and observation of training and exercise eventsComplete the NTIP CWC Certification Program via Joint Knowledge OnlineEnsure milestones and deliverables are met on time and according to criteriaMaintain and update Department of the Navy CWC CI documentationAnalyze programs/projects for treaty constraints and policy considerationsParticipate in CIs and exercises as requiredAssign, track, and communicate team tasks and activitiesIdentify and assign qualified personnel for deployment supportDevelop instructional products, training plans, and exercisesSupport planning, facilitation, and assessment of CIs and training eventsSupport treaty compliance and implementation effortsConduct technical analysis, research, and documentationCollect data, create reports, and coordinate white papersDevelop compliance and implementation plansReview international reporting and certification requirementsMonitor and analyze arms control treaties, policies, and agreementsAct as Subject Matter Expert on U.S. Government policy positionsUtilize C4I Suite for information managementMaintain and deploy inspection support equipmentQualifications:Secret Security ClearanceBachelor’s degree in business or management10+ years in arms control, with 7+ years focusing on CWCExcellent communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeFluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)DAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
