Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid preferred) or Remote (with travel across Massachusetts)Type:Contract-to-HireDuration: 12–18 monthsClient: Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH)About the RoleBramcolm is hiring a Lead Training Developer & Facilitator to support the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) in launching a statewide Local Public Health (LPH) Data Solution. This is a mission-driven opportunity to lead training strategy and delivery across diverse public health teams in Massachusetts.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Design & DevelopmentCreate instructor guides, participant handouts, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorialsConvert technical content into easy-to-understand, role-based trainingEnsure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 and Section 508)Training DeliveryFacilitate instructor-led sessions (virtual and onsite)Provide 1:1 and office-hours-style coaching during rolloutsLead “train-the-trainer” workshops for internal and external stakeholdersImprovement & MeasurementGather feedback through surveys, polls, and discussionsContinuously improve training materials based on learner inputTrack user engagement, training completion, and adoption metricsParticipate in change impact assessments and learning needs analysesCoordinate timing with OCM and product rolloutsHelp produce onboarding and Hypercare documentationRequired Qualifications8+ years in training development/facilitation (public health or tech projects preferred)Experience with instructor-led, e-learning, and SCORM-based contentProficiency with LMS tools like Moodle or TRAINStrong facilitation skills for both remote and in-person deliveryWillingness to travel across Massachusetts as neededLocation & RequirementsLocation: Boston, MA (Hybrid) or Remote with travelMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust successfully complete:Background checkCriminal background checkCORI check (required for CJIS certification)This is a contract-to-hire rolePreferred QualificationsBackground in public health, instructional design, or adult educationKnowledge of Massachusetts local public health systemsFamiliarity with platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, TableauWhy Bramcolm?We help mission-focused organizations create lasting impact through smart design, practical innovation, and human-centered delivery.
