This person can be located in Denver, CO or any major WSP office. The main purpose of this position will be to assist in the development and maintenance of various business applications across multiple platforms including .NET and the rest of the Microsoft application suite. This position will involve collaboration between different working units to meet client needs.Your ImpactWork closely with clients and project teams, including application service developers, and be fluent in the Agile framework.Field client requests and communicate any shifting priority items to the rest of the team.Design and develop user interfaces that influence branding and the overall look and feel for custom web applications and off-the-shelf products, including SharePoint.Confidently work inside metadata stores and assist with monthly reporting functions.Support visual electronic workflows related to Contract Administration.Help develop interfaces for mobile applications.Deliver online reporting dashboards and reports.Perform Business Analyst skills at an intermediate to advanced level.Who You AreRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalentMust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.5-7 years development experience with /C#, MVC, Blazor, Node, TypescriptGood communication and technical skills.Proficient in .NET, Node, Python, RESTful services with C#Experience with React / Vue Native Vue, jQuery, Angular; preference for React / Vue with TypescriptExperience deploying applications to iOS and Android App stores, managing deployments, and coordinating test flight & QA requirements.Proficient in Entity Framework, Blazor, EF Core 7+ , 8.0Strong experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL (exclude NoSQL like Mongo)Good UI & UX experience.Experience working in DevOps / Git environments with good discipline in pull requests and branch merges.Strong UI design skills with responsiveness using CSS, SAAS, LESS, D3, and frameworks like Materialize, Fluent, and Ant.Knowledge of spatial frameworks such as ArcGIS / Google Maps / Carto.Strong system analysis skills, including data interpretation and trend analysis.Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.Proficient in SharePoint, Office 365 Workflow, Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, and other visualization tools.Knowledge of AI libraries such as TensorFlow, , Semantic Kernel, TorchSharp, or PyTorch for AI integration.Ability to create data models for AI and integrate with legacy applications.Experience supporting project management and financial reporting systems.Self-motivated with good prioritization, deadline management, and adaptability.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience with large public agencies or utilities is a plus.Adherence to ethical decision-making and company policies, including safety and conduct policies.Preferred Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.Certifications in related fields with implementation experience.Microsoft development or application administration certifications.WSP offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and pensation:Expected Salary (all locations): $110,000 - $135,000Note: WSP reserves the right to adjust the offer based on various factors.
