Together, we’ll create digital experiences that wow our customers and make our competitors wish they worked here.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the technology landscape and platform architecture to ensure they align with the wider business longer term OKRs.Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation.Lead the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Work closely with Head of Product and Head of Data to ensure alignment between development output and business requirements.Drive the evolution and innovation of cutting-edge technologies to share future ready solutions to maintain a competitive edge.Build high performing and cross functional development teams. Empowering them with the inspiration to build what’s next.QualificationsProven experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally as Head of Development or similar with strong experience of technical design and delivery methodologies and best practices.Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
