HR Security Specialist

TekPro Support Services, LLC is hiring for an HR Security SpecialistThe HR Security Specialist supports security efforts for their designated command station.This is a 100% onsite position at Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building in Washington, D.C. It is a part-time or full-time role until September 30th, 2025.Responsibilities:Initiate background investigations and review completed forms in NBIS plete daily eDelivery downloads and enter data into the NPS Backgrounds Investigation Management Database and spreadsheets.Mail out childcare forms (if support is not remote) and report to itiate PERSEC tasks in USA Staffing.Upload signed Certificates of Investigations (COIs) into plete Sponsor tasks in DOIAccess.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Understanding of security policies, procedures, and practices relevant to government contracts.Familiarity with regulations such as FAR and DFARS.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with HRIS Security and External Recruitment Resources.TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) offers a competitive benefits package including paid holidays, paid time off (sick and vacation), medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long-term disability, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, discretionary profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.TSS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
