Job Posting: Senior Software Quality EngineerSenior Software Quality EngineerBayone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Senior Software Quality Engineer based in Pleasanton, California.Responsibilities:Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.Create automated testing tools and develop testing programs.Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures and document software defects, using bug tracking systems, and report defects to software developers.Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.Develop specified standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.Add or modify the automation test suites as features are developed and added to the applications.Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.Coordinate testing and collaborate with field staff and customers to evaluate and diagnose problems and recommend solutions.Utilize experience in SOAP, REST, Java, testing back end relational databases, and performing End to End Solution Level integration testing.Requires 50% national travel.Minimum Requirements:Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Position also requires experience in SOAP, REST, Java, testing back end relational databases, and performing End to End Solution Level integration testing.Salary Range: $149,989.00- $159,989.00/Year #J-18808-Ljbffr
