Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary Responsibilities:Monitor emergency alerts for fire and water damage to commercial structuresRespond physically to locations in need of serviceIdentify the decision maker and contact to contract serviceWork with Management to dispatch emergency crews for water extraction, board ups, corrosive cleaning, deodorizatinon, etc.Be respectful and empathetic to the needs of the facility, communicate needs to crewsAssist with vendor allocation when neededWork with Marketing team to convert a job into a client relationshipKeep records of response and contacts regardless of contractingContinue education and promote SERVPRO's many service linesPosition Requirements:2+ years of related experienceExperience in the restoration industry process is a plus.Excellent communication skillsConsistently courteous, confident, and professionalSelf-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.Ability to learn new/proprietary software - iPadBe available to respond at a moment's noticeMinimum education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.Hours:This will be discussed at the time of interview.Pay Rate:Based on experience - Base Salary with Strong Commission structure.Additional Benefits:Company Vehicle with Gas Card & FasTrakLaptop and iPadCompany PhoneMedical and 401k matching after probationary periodVacationPlease visit our website, for additional information.SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro & Stockton is an EOE M/F/D/V employer.Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
