As part of a team leading the next wave of disruption, you will play an integral role in advancing our HR Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion automation and bring innovative solutions.General Responsibilities:Work with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenariosTranslate business priorities into HR solutions to meet organizational needsDeliver solutions across Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and BenefitsCommunicate effectively with team, stakeholders, and influence solutionsIdentify process improvements and collaborate on redesigning business processesStay updated on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilitiesBuild and maintain documentation for system implementationServe as primary contact for system-related questions from a business and technical perspectiveProvide production support by troubleshooting and resolving issuesBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentAt least 4 years of platform engineering experience on HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, SuccessFactors)At least 2 years designing and developing integration solutionsAt least 2 years working with APIs in Workday using REST or SOAPPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years working with Workday HR modules3+ years designing integrations in WorkdayWorkday Integration Developer certificationsExperience with Workday Extend and cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure2+ years practicing Agile methodologiesNote: Capital One currently does not sponsor employment authorization.
