Regardless of age, location or background, genuine people everywhere should be able to digitally prove who they are and where they live.About the team and roleProfessional ServicesVery simply, the Professional Services Team provides guidance and support to our customers and partners throughout their journey with Loqate. We provide technical support for the Loqate business and work directly with customers to ensure they get the most value from their engagement with Loqate.Solutions ArchitectThe Solutions Architect advises customers, partners and channel partners how to build and implement strategic solutions on a complex scale. Additionally, the Solutions Architect acts as a conduit between the field and Loqate Product and Technology teams. This senior technical role is heavily involved in implementation and optimization of Loqate products. The Solutions Architect also serves as an escalation point for partner solutions as well as the Pre-Sales Organization.What you will doWork with customers and partners to deploy Loqate products in their environments.Work with customers and partners to optimize performance of Loqate products.Proctor product and technical workshops with customers and partners.Skills we are looking forDetailed knowledge of Kubernetes deployment.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure App Services, AWS, and Google Cloud Services.Customer facing pre-sales and solutions consulting experience.Development operations experience.An independent worker, comfortable with working with a remote team, prioritising and managing own workload, seeking out guidance and support when requiredAn excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, with the necessary confidence and gravitas to present a case enthusiastically and persuasivelyA hands-on attitude to dive into complex problem-solving tasks when requiredThe ability to think and act quickly, particularly under pressureFlexibility with reference to working hours, often to accommodate multiple time zonesWilling to travel domestically and internationally if or when requiredTo find out moreAs an equal opportunity employer, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
