You will play a vital role in addressing the growing demands of regulatory obligations worldwide, ensuring that our organization remains compliant while developing comprehensive and versatile solutions.Job DutiesSoftware Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with the PM team to understand requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. Integrate internal tools for enhanced operational efficiency.System Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and maintain adaptable systems to accommodate regulatory changes. Act as engineering point of contact for teams within Apple and outside. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.Security Assurance: Implement and manage systems to uphold security standards. Ensure software compliance with all audit requirements.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of experience working on large-scale, enterprise applications using Java/Scala and related technologiesExperience with relational and non-relational database systemsExperience designing and operating highly distributed, scalable, and available systemsExcellent communication skills for requirements analysis and design articulationMS or BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsMS in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experienceExperience building microservices or event-driven applications from scratchAt Apple, base pay is part of our total compensation package, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
