The candidate will be instrumental in translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, while mentoring other developers and championing Agile/SCRUM practices.Work location: Onsite (Mon-Fri on customer site in Washington DC)Clearance : Active SecretKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mid-to-large scale software development projects from concept to deploymentCollaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectivesDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#, , .NET Core, etc.)Apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies to manage iterative development cycles and deliver high-quality softwareParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog groomingMentor and guide junior developers, fostering growth and technical excellenceConduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software design and architectureIntegrate third-party APIs, services, and databases as neededRequired QualificationsBA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET developmentProficiency in C#, , .NET Core, and related frameworksStrong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patternsDeep experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologiesDemonstrated ability to lead development efforts and manage junior team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagementExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesU.S. Citizenship required to meet government contract requirements.Ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.Preferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and toolsExperience with database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)Exposure to enterprise-level application development and deploymentWe invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of theworkplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
