Other locations in the U.S will be considered.You will make an impact by being responsible for:Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented UI components and features using modern front-end technologies like React. Focusing on the consistent delivery of software and systems that move the company towards achieving short and long-term objectivesBuild robust REST APIs, services, and backend infrastructure to support business applicationsWorking closely with Product Management, UX, Backend / Frontend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations to deliver industry-leading features to the market. Translate requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiencesWriting clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in UI and backend development. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistencyDriving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and UI performanceProviding technical mentorship to junior engineers and share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and improvementYou will be a great fit if you have: 4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack software development, with a strong portfolio of workProficiency in Core Java, Spring, and HibernateStrong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architectureExperience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, CDB, Elasticsearch)Solid front-end development skills, including React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and SCSSFamiliarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)Ability to build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessibility-compliant applications (WCAG standards)Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD), Unit and Integration Testing, and deployment processesExperience or familiarity with RPA platforms or automation tools, component library implementation, backend technologies, observability tools, and writing code with the assistance of AIYou excel in these key competencies: Strong collaboration and communication skills – Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, Backend / Frontend Engineering, QA, and SupportTechnical mentorship and leadership – Experience guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvementAnalytical thinking and problem-solving – Skilled in breaking down complex challenges and delivering efficient, scalable solutionsAdaptability and eagerness to learn – Comfortable adopting new tools, frameworks, and technologies in a fast-evolving tech landscapeAttention to detail and quality focus – Committed to writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring compliance with performance, accessibility, and design standardsExcellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills with a full-stack mindsetThe base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $180,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
