AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in developing machine learning models and AI workflows to support automated design systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of software engineering expertise and data science skills, with proficiency in deploying scalable AI/ML solutions using AWS SageMaker and other AWS services. This role also requires hands-on experience in model optimization, neural networks, and DevOps integration.Job Responsibilities:Develop AI/ML models and workflows using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniquesEnable automation of design processes through model development and system integrationEstablish and enforce design standards and model assurance processes for scalability and deploymentLead by example and mentor junior engineers through documentation, training, and technical leadershipIntegrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Git for version control and deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to meet product and design requirementsTroubleshoot and debug complex system-level issues in object-oriented development environmentsDocument design approaches clearly and completely for team-wide accessibility and reuseRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in data science or AI/ML engineeringStrong programming background in C/C++ and/or PythonAt least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS SageMakerExposure to AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Amplify, AWS Serverless technologies, AWS Cognito, and AWS SecurityExperience with object-oriented software design and debuggingKnowledge of optimization techniques and algorithm developmentHands-on experience with neural networks and deep learningExperience with Agile methodologies and working in multi-disciplinary teamsEffective communication and documentation skillsStrong teamwork and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and quality standardsPreferred Skills:Experience with Perl, Python, R, MATLAB, or shell scriptingFamiliarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorchUnderstanding of CNNs, RNNs/LSTMsKnowledge of data management principles and distributed data systemsExperience with reinforcement learning and evolutionary algorithms #J-18808-Ljbffr
