We’re looking for a Full-Stack Trainee Developer (J1 Visa applicable) to join our tight-knit team at 3Advance. We’re here to grow together, make innovative products, and create experiences that matter.About the JobAs a Full-Stack Trainee Developer, you’ll get hands-on experience in building complex web applications. You will focus on React for the frontend and work on AWS Serverless (Node.js, Typescript) for the backend. We’ll also train you in modern AI/LLM development, so you can bring intelligence and innovation to the apps we create. This position is based in Washington, DC, though an exception may be made for an exceptional remote candidate.Plus, because you’ll be working on a global Irish social networking platform, you’ll play a key part in shining a spotlight on Irish culture and connecting with users from around the world. If that sounds exciting, keep reading!What We’re Looking ForEducational BackgroundBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Recent graduates are welcome, especially if you’re hungry to learn!Technical SkillsExperience with React.jsExperience with AWS Serverless architecture.Working knowledge of Typescript, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to GraphQL and AWS AppSync.Knowledge or strong interest in AI/LLM development.Personal AttributesYou’re a life-long learner who’s always curious to try new technologies.You love teamwork and are open to different perspectives.
