Miami, FL Full-Time PHYS SVCS ADMINISTRATIONSummaryThe Physician Recruitment Business Partner's primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire qualified physicians for JHS, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This includes screening applicants, conducting and organizing interviews, assisting with negotiating contracts, and ensuring culturally fit candidates.The Physician Recruitment Business Partner serves as a strategic business partner with JHS hiring departments to attract and retain qualified candidates, and to support the business needs of the department/unit by executing people strategies associated with recruitment and retention.This position requires a deep understanding of the medical industry, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the recruitment of specialty physician positions. Work closely with the business owners (hiring managers) to forecast recruitment needs. Craft and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract the best talent for specific positions.Effectively and creatively source candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings, social media, attending networking events, attending industry specific events, and soliciting referrals while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. Constantly seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent. Remain up to date on healthcare recruitment trends, emerging skill requirements and competitive market landscapes to adjust strategies effectively. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for the specialty areas being supported.Recruit, rigorously evaluate candidate qualifications, pre-screen candidates, coordinate hiring manager interviews, leadership and/or peer panel interviews and executive level interviews. Coordinate pre-employment process and assist with effectively negotiating and closing job offers. Work closely with the clinical department heads and senior leadership to ensure candidates not only meet technical requirements but are also an ideal cultural fit for the organization.Maintain strong communication with both physicians and hiring managers, fostering a positive candidate experience, and building relationships to facilitate future recruitment efforts. Establish and nurture sustained relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement and deep understanding of their career aspirations and clinical expertise.Negotiate and manage offers in collaboration with partners in finance, legal, and human resources to structure offers that are competitive, compliant and aligned with organizational guidelines, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.Support the transition of the new physician into their role, including administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal credentialing policies, ensuring all documentation is current and audit-ready. Proactively communicate and coordinate with credentialing and compliance departments to navigate evolving laws and consolidate efforts for a transparent, ethical recruitment process.Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers. Plan events, assist with Talent Acquisition branding/marketing initiatives, and team training opportunities. Serve as an ambassador for the organization by collaborating with clinical leadership, department heads, and human resources to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with broader strategic objectives.Perform all other related job duties as assigned.ExperienceGenerally, requires 5-7 years of related recruiting experience.EducationBachelor's degree in related field is required.SkillAbility to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
