Interaction Designer

We are looking for an Interaction Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences across our products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of our app, creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs that bring our vision to life. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and research teams to ensure seamless interaction experiences—whether screen-based or voice-driven.*This role is fully onsite*Key Responsibilities:Lead the interaction design for Q’s app, defining user flows, layouts, and interaction patternsCreate high-fidelity designs and prototypes to hand off to engineering teams for implementationDevelop low-fidelity mocks and wireframes to explore and iterate on design concepts quicklyCollaborate with product managers, UX and researchers to validate design decisions through usability testing and user feedbackAdvocate for voice-first interactions, ensuring they are intuitive and seamlessly integrated into the user experienceWork closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain a high-quality user experience across devicesQualifications:3+ years of experience in interaction design, UX/UI design, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design toolsExperience designing both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile or web applicationsDeep understanding of interaction patterns beyond screens, including voice-first experiencesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions #J-18808-Ljbffr
