We are a fast-growing, early-stage company, and we’re looking for our bring engineering talent to build and scale our platform.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will take a leading role building Trustible's Governance Platform. You will help build a world class web platform to help organizations accelerate their AI governance operations, identify and mitigate risks of AI, and prepare for AI audits and assessments. You will ensure the application is scalable for both cloud and on-cloud/hybrid deployments, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and integrate with existing MLOps platforms and GRC reporting tools.Job ExpectationsYou will be an individual contributor helping implement a Django cloud web app to help companies adopt trustworthy and responsible AI practicesYou will help define and follow a software development lifecycle (SDLC) process that includes weekly deployments, automated test on top of a containerized runtimeYou will help translate regulatory requirements for AI into a set of data models and configurations within the applicationYou will write end-to-end automated unit tests and acceptance test criteriaYou will help build the cloud infrastructure for the web platform built on top of AWS systems such as EC2, ECS, S3 and RDSYou will help integrate a python backend with machine learning tools, libraries and platformsYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYour Background:4-6 Years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer2-4 Years of experience working with Django/Python web frameworksProficiency with AWS services (RDS, EKS, S3, etc)Experience working with containerized applications orchestrated with Kubernetes (k8)About YouYou understand the amazing power of Artificial Intelligence to solve complex problems and make a positive impact in the world, but you also understand the risks it brings to perpetuate existing issues, mislead or manipulate people, and cause physical, emotional or reputational harm to people.
