This includes assessing our needs, designing a customized program, selecting and implementing the knowledge management practices, and developing a comprehensive taxonomy to organize and access information.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Proficient in Microsoft Power BI dashboards and SharePoint Sites.Minimum/General Experience:Three years of experience in:Developing and maintaining Microsoft Power BI dashboards and SharePoint Sites;Developing projects and processes using the Microsoft Power Application and Automation tools;Maintaining and administering permissions and access to products and applications;Coordinating requirements with external customers;Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and three years of experience in the Information Technology/Knowledge Management field.Allowable substitution: Seven years of professional experience in the Information Technology/Knowledge Management field.Disclaimer:The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
