Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.Expertise in employment law, with a focus on compliance and risk management.Experience with PAGA, Wage and Hour Law, and class actions.7-10 years of relevant experience, including taking and defending depositions.Experience in employment counseling on federal and state laws and regulations.Proven ability to draft and review employment contracts and policies.Knowledge of current trends and changes in employment law.Proven track record in setting and achieving performance targets.Experience representing organizations in employment-related legal proceedings.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with HR and other departments.What's in it for you?
