This flexible part-time role is perfect for individuals who can work during seasonal, high-demand periods, with the option to pick up additional work outside of these times if desired.This position is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a fun and dynamic environment and enjoys working with children of various ages, from infants to school-aged children.Our peak times include:Non-major holidays (see attached list)Christmas Holiday/Spring Break/Other School BreaksSchool closings due to inclement weather (e.g., snow days)Other School closingsCare is provided in family homes and our exclusive partner hotels. Flexibility to travel to different locations within the DC, MD, and VA areas is required.Schedule:Work primarily during peak childcare demand periods, with the option to take on additional days and hours outside of peak times if desiredPeak time hours typically fall between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM$18 - $20/hour, with potential bonusesResponsibilities:Provide engaging, age-appropriate care for children (infants to 9 years old)Travel to various family homes or hotelsDeliver exceptional, professional childcare and follow our high standards of serviceRequirements:Experience: 1-3 years of professional childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, teacher, daycare worker, pediatric nurse, etc.)Skills: Experience caring for infants through school-aged childrenAge: Minimum of 18 years oldTransportation: Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicleActive Uber or Lyft account for emergenciesCertification: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)Flexibility: Must be able to travel at least 45 minutes to 1 hour one wayReferences: 1-2 strong references or letters of recommendationPet-Friendly: Comfortable in homes with cats and dogsWork Authorization: Clean criminal record and US work authorization requiredFlexible, part-time schedule with guaranteed peak-time hours and optional additional hoursPaid travel incentivesAccess to professional training and support***See our attached SEASONAL School Closings and Non-Major Holidays List for details*** #J-18808-Ljbffr
