Litigation Attorney – Associate

Compensation: 100000.-140000. / AnnuallyOur client, a leading law firm based in Bergen County, has an immediate need for an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney, to join our winning team in Fort Lee.This role is onsite daily.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage files from inception to trialPrepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and be involved in negotiating settlementsWork closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigationDraft motionsAppear in courtClient reportingKEY REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years of Commercial Business Dispute Litigation experienceMust reside in Northern New JerseyAbility to handle caseload of 10-15 cases at onceBillable hour requirement: 1,950Able to work independently with strong attention to detail along with the ability to organize and prioritize workload working with an electronic diaryStrong listening, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with clients and customers and negotiate on their behalfNew Jersey Bar required.Please apply today to be one of the first people considered for this position!Elgen Staffing is the fastest growing staffing agency in New Jersey.
