Candidates should also have experience in connection with business structuring and formation (choice of entity), mergers and acquisitions, investments in real property, and business succession planning. An LL.M. degree in tax is a plus but not required.Qualifications:JD from an accredited law schoolBe in good standing as an active member of the New York BarExcellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive salary and benefits.
