With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to client success, we are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.We are looking for a Full-time Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to support our growing litigation practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, intellectual property cases, employment litigation, and regulatory investigations.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable settingActive bar membership in good standing in WASHINGTONStrong academic credentialsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis on complex issuesDraft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsPrepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trialsAssist in case strategy development and implementationManage discovery processes, including document review and productionParticipate in client meetings and communicationsStay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trendsContribute to business development efforts and firm marketing initiativesMentor junior associates and summer associates as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
