Working directly with in-house counsel, the attorney in this role will have the exciting opportunity to interact directly with sophisticated clients sophisticated clients, as well as Internal teams of talented, experienced professionals.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and municate with clients and provide reports.QualificationsMust have a JD from an accredited law schoolMust be admitted to practice law in California and be a good standing member of the CA BarMust have 2-7 years of defense litigation experienceExperience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsClient-facing experience preferredMust have the ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentLegal project management experience is a plus.#Promote #J-18808-Ljbffr
