This is a great opportunity to grow your career in healthcare administration and offers a high potential for conversion for exemplary candidates.Practice Coordinator Responsibilities:Greet and register patients, and other front office tasksHandle routine back office clerical operations and communicationsHandle insurance authorizations and referrals, maintain medical records, and other healthcare administrative tasksSchedule appointments and other call related tasksBe attentive to the needs of patients, staff and providers at all times, while being flexible in dealing with changing priorities and challenging situationsPractice Coordinator Qualifications:6-12 months of administrative experience in the healthcare sectorFour-year degree or medical certification is highly preferredExperience with referrals and insurance authorizationsSuperior clerical and customer service skillsExperience with healthcare processes and terminologyExperience with Epic highly preferredProficient use of Microsoft Office applications and web based systemsComply with an extensive onboarding process and complete paid onsite trainingAvailability to work onsite at Brisbane and San Francisco campusesShift: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Pacific time office hours.(H) #J-18808-Ljbffr
