Our design team approaches each space as an opportunity to create experiences that enhance our client’s culture, improve the health and wellbeing of the occupants and communities, and leave a lasting impression on those who inhabit the space.Our US studio, located in San Francisco, is seeking an aspirational designer who is excited to lead and manage impactful interior design projects while helping to grow our US Interior Design Practice.How you'll make a difference:Lead all phases of the interior design process from concept to completionPrepare schematic and conceptual design drawings, space plans, and presentation materialsLead and mentor project teams across multiple projects and phasesManage project scope, schedule, fee, and resourcing with a proactive, hands-on approachCoordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior designEnsure compliance with applicable building codes and construction standards. Specify and document FF&E selections, materials, and finishesOversee procurement, installation, and punchlist resolutionMaintain strong, ongoing client relationships and act as primary point of contactContribute to business development efforts and studio growth strategyParticipate in studio culture, leadership meetings, and mentorship initiativesWho you are:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field12+ years of experience as an interior designer in the commercial, institutional, workplace, hospitality field, with strong knowledge, creativity, and experience of the design processA strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and project leadershipProven experience managing design teams and client relationshipsNCIDQ certification preferredSkilled in Revit is a requirementAdobe Creative Suite and Rhino proficiency are preferredA comprehensive knowledge of building codes and construction regulationsStrong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and FF&E documentationExperience coordinating across disciplines, consultants, and vendorsExperience leading a multidisciplinary team, establishing deliverables, schedules, time and fee managementMotivated, accountable, collaborative, and passionate about design's impactAbility to balance strategic thinking with design excellenceWhat we offer:A rare opportunity to shape and grow a new interior design studio within a respected multidisciplinary practiceSupport from engaged Partners and cross-disciplinary collaboratorsDirect access to projects, clients, and business development opportunitiesFlexibility to define your career path and studio cultureA purpose-driven environment rooted in design excellence, equity, and impact$110,000 - $150,000 a yearOur salary range is flexible based on candidate's experience and qualifications.Don’t meet every single requirement?
