In addition to providing business-centric legal advice, the Senior Director, Patent Prosecution will develop, manage, and execute comprehensive patent protection strategies for the Company’s portfolio of products.Experience:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, and a mechanical engineering or applied physics background. Ideally, this Senior Director will have both law firm and in-house experience, but law firm candidates are welcome to apply.Location:This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA and will be on-site a minimum of 3 days/week. Relocation assistance is pensation: $280,100 - $420,100 + 35% bonus + significant equity eligibility.Bar:Candidates must be a member of the California State Bar or otherwise qualified to practice law in California as registered in-house counsel.
