In this role, you’ll lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to launch—designing scalable solutions that power critical legal workflows and equip personal injury attorneys with the tools they need to advocate effectively for their clients. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams to drive strategy and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.This is a high-leverage opportunity to influence foundational architecture, champion design excellence, and define what great looks like in a technically sophisticated, mission-driven environment. You’ll report to the Head of Design and collaborate with a growing team of kind, sharp, and ambitious designers who care deeply about impact and craft.This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.
