We connect shopping behaviors to transactions and help suppliers understand marketing results.WHAT WE ARE SEEKINGWe are looking for a seasoned event producer to support our B2B Brand and Enterprise Sales Marketing team, responsible for Walmart Connect event strategy and logistics. The ideal candidate has media industry experience planning, managing, and executing various event activations, including client entertainment, VIP dinners, conference sponsorships, and large summits.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage end-to-end logistics for assigned events.Design event activations to meet business objectives.Create and manage event planning timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.Build key relationships for collaboration.Coordinate event communications and branding elements.Prepare presentation materials and present plans for approval.Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors.Handle registration, on-site management, and post-event follow-up.Manage budgets and reconcile expenses.Continuously improve event execution based on feedback.REQUIREMENTS10+ years’ experience in event management or 5+ years with relevant experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience in the media industry is a plus.Ability to travel to events.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field, with 3 years’ experience in relevant areas, or 5 years’ experience without degree.
