Roscoe St.Chicago, IL Description: The Director of FSP will oversee all aspects of the USDA food service program for the Archdiocese of Chicago within an autonomous agency known as FSP or Food Service Professionals. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and other school nutrition programs, managing daily operations and finances, overseeing order management, customer service, meal claiming, information technology, human resources, vendor relationships, food management, staff management, financial recordkeeping, nutrition education, and compliance. Salary Range: $147,411 - $191,635 Requirements: Detailed understanding of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) Minimum of five years management/supervisory experience Ten years of experience in school food service Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, finance, information technology, or a related field (preferred) Proficiency with software packages including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and NSLP management systems (preferred) Food sanitation certification (preferred) Strong customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
