The Director of Client Experience (DOCE) plays a critical leadership role in driving Choura’s mission, vision, and core values forward. This is a senior sales and client service role focused on managing the company’s largest and most high-profile projects. The DOCE ensures clients receive every service and product Choura offers—on time, on budget, and with an exceptional standard of care.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the VP of Division in delivering premium service to key accountsDevelop and close new business opportunities aligned with divisional goalsCreate quotes, manage contracts, and oversee the full sales and service lifecycleCultivate strong, long-term client relationships—driving year-over-year revenue growth and multi-year contractsCollaborate with Operations to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and effectively executedAlign logistical planning and build schedules with clients’ delivery expectationsIdentify and sell additional services—such as production, design, or creative elements—to enhance project valueCo-develop labor and logistics plans in coordination with the Ops teamParticipate in all key production and pre-event meetings, both internally and with clientsKey FunctionsSet and manage client expectations with clarity and strategyIdentify and resolve ambiguities through proactive communication with clients and teamsUphold and adhere to Choura’s order confirmation process and margin expectationsConsistently represent Choura with professionalism, integrity, and excellenceQualifications & ExperienceClear personal vision and strong mutual respect for team membersProactive, solution-oriented mindsetProven ability to lead, recruit, and inspire event execution teamsEnergetic, collaborative, and coachable demeanorStrong professional presence and ethical standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
