OverviewThe Mission: Bringing Behavioral Health into Primary Care.A new reimbursement model (CPT 99484) has created a massive opportunity for primary care clinics to generate significant revenue by integrating behavioral health services. The problem? Most clinics lack the tools to efficiently identify eligible patients at scale, leaving millions of dollars on the table.Amplifier Health has built the solution. Our first-of-its-kind, AI-native platform analyzes patient conversations to automatically surface individuals eligible for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs. We solve the single biggest operational barrier, turning a complex challenge into a simple, powerful new profit center. We are looking for commercial pioneers to bring this market-defining technology to clinics across the US.About the RoleBuild the Commercial Engine from the Ground Up.This is not a role for someone looking to plug into a pre-existing sales machine. As a foundational member of our first commercial team, you will be a pure hunter, responsible for building our customer base from scratch. Your core mission is to prospect into our target accounts, run a fast and effective sales cycle, and close new business. This is a high-autonomy, eat what you kill opportunity where your success is measured by the new revenue you bring in and the enterprise value you help create.ResponsibilitiesExecute our Land & Expand Playbook: Master our multi-pronged sales motion, leading with low-friction entry points (like a Retrospective BHI Opportunity Analysis) to land new accounts and then navigate the organization to drive full-scale, high-ARR deployments.Drive the Acquisition of Our First 10 New Paying Customers: Own the full sales cycle, targeting our Ideal Customer Profiles—Multi-Site Primary Care Operators (MSPCOs) and FQHCs—to build a foundational book of business.Forge C-Suite Relationships: Engage and build trust with a complex buying committee, including CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and VPs of Population Health, articulating a clear ROI for each stakeholder.Help Build the GTM Playbook: Work directly with the co-founders to refine our sales process, messaging, and strategy based on real-world market feedback, creating a repeatable model for future hires.QualificationsHave a Proven Track Record and an Active Network in the US Market: 5+ years of experience as a top-performing hunter selling complex solutions specifically into the US healthcare market, with an established network within our Ideal Customer Profiles (Multi-Site Primary Care Operators and FQHCs).Are Intellectually Curious and a Rapid Learner: Ability to understand CPT code reimbursement, clinical workflows, and our multi-modal AI technology, and communicate the complexity clearly.Thrive on Autonomy and Ownership: You are a builder who can create something from nothing and enjoy defining the path forward.Are Motivated by Performance and Impact: You are driven by winning deals, exceeding targets, and the potential for uncapped commission and meaningful equity.Culture & FitThis role is not for you if you are seeking a predictable 9-to-5 role in a highly structured environment; the mission requires intense focus and rapid pace.You prefer account management or farming existing relationships; this is a 100% net-new business development role.Your primary driver is a high base salary and extensive perks over performance-based upside.The Amplifier OfferMeaningful Equity: Be a founding member with significant equityUncapped Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus lucrative, uncapped commissionClear Path to Leadership: Top performers can grow into leadership as we expandFoundational Impact: Help shape Amplifier Health's future through strategy and dealsDirect Access & Mentorship: Work with the co-founders and executive teamCompensation$50,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (On-target earnings: $200,000 - $250,000+) + Significant EquityTo ApplyIf you are a driven commercial leader who is ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding role of your career, we want to talk to you.
