This Sales Leader is responsible for leading the sales team strategy, structure, and processes to drive revenue growth. Will report directly to the VP Sales North America.ROLEOur sales team in NA is divided into 3 regional teams - East, Central and West. We are currently looking for a Sales Leader for the West Coast region, to head up a team of 4 Enterprise Account Executives.What you will do with usCoach, mentor, manage and grow/build an enterprise sales team of 4 Account Executives, building accountability and ownership within the sales team for their accounts and opportunities.Oversee and manage enterprise sales initiatives for assigned regional markets. Track pipeline, achieve and exceed agreed upon revenue targets.Ensure proper hygiene throughout the sales cycle in alignment with Sales Operations.Accurately forecast pipeline based on deep understanding of the sales cycle progress at the macro and individual level. Ensure clear and timely communication with Sales Operations and CRO on any changes to forecast.Thoroughly qualify opportunities to ensure appropriate delegation of internal resources and maximize win rate.Guide negotiations to conform with Ivalua standard T’s and C’s and manage exceptions effectively through the Deal Desk.Develop and administer sales strategies, including proactively identifying program elements that build awareness, generate qualified leads, generate incremental growth, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maximize impact. Collaborate with team leadership to execute.Establish meaningful and productive relationships with all executive leaders and other stakeholders across the entire company.Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success and Product leaders to ensure optimal support of Sales activity.Plan and manage the team resources, ensuring they are efficiently deployed to support a broad range of customers across multiple segments.Participate in industry events/organizations as a thought leader and promote products/business solutions at conferences, forums, and seminars.Operate within expense and program budgets.Your profileIf you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:Skills and Experience:Min 5 years of sales leadership experience. Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams.Proven track record in achieving quota targets in large, complex enterprise SaaS sales, selling at the executive level. Procurement / ERP / supply chain experience is a plus.Strong track record of working collaboratively with internal and external parties across all the company to drive collective success.Proven to have built key relationships, and managed and mentored a world-class sales team.Candidate has successfully built and led a team of quota exceeders. Proven coach of account executives. The salary range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research.
