The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise-level clients and looking for expansion and cross-sell opportunities within those accounts. As an integral part of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our SaaS solutions to drive more business and revenue. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing accounts and driving growth through full cycle sales processes with a focus on the Healthcare, Financial Services, and Utilities industries as well as contact center environments. Additionally, we are seeking people with experience selling outbound-focused customer engagement software and those who have been tasked with maintaining a steady or increasing ARR with their customer base.As a Senior Director of Sales - Install Base in Acqueon you willDevelop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at the enterprise levelExpand Acqueon’s relationships and elevate the scope and depth of relationships with senior leadership in those customers.Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.Be the trusted partner for the customer on their use-cases and new product adoption.Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify opportunities for our SaaS solutions to add value to the client's operations.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.Drive revenue growth within an assigned set of accounts (territory).Prepare, implement, and execute strategic account plans and update at a set cadence.Manage an enterprise book of customers and be responsible for revenue retention & growth.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the scope of our services within existing accounts.As a Senior Director of Sales - Install Base in Acqueon you will need10+ years working with B2B SaaS enterprise customers in a Sales/Account Management roleDemonstrated history of quota achievement as individual contributorSuccessful track record of managing and working with Enterprise customers, especially in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, and other B2C oriented industriesContact Center operations experience highly desirableExperience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geography customersProficiency in multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organizationAbility to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-buildingAbility to understand, explain the functionality of SaaS platforms to a variety of stakeholdersImpressive executive presence and communication/presentation skillsPassion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS start-upExperience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Engineering, Services)Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo and other sales, prospecting toolsAnalytical and process-oriented mind-setDemonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementRelevant Bachelor’s &/or Master’s degree, MBA desirableStrong decision-making skillsSelf-driven, proactive natureWillingness to travel as neededAbility to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at Acqueon's Dallas location.This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to continue to build upon their existing skills.
