Your primary focus will be on prospecting, identifying, cultivating, and closing new Surety Bonds Business leveraging our unique niche. While your main focus is on Surety Bonds, you are also empowered to assist prospects with any of our risk management solutions, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.Our investments in risk management solutions and our emphasis on empowering all Client Advisors to "Sell All Of World" means there is not one prospective client you cannot help. We recognize your efforts to generate revenue across all our services, providing significant growth potential.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and cultivate new Surety Bonds business in an untapped territory based out of the metro area, extending as far and wide as you desire.Engage in all sales and marketing tactics, with extensive corporate marketing support, to move prospects through your funnel to closing.Leverage World’s platform to offer risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, payroll outsourcing, and retirement services.QualificationsPrevious experience in Surety Bonds business development or sales.While a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, top sales performers without a degree are encouraged to apply if they are proven producers and comfortable pitching to diverse business leaders.Relevant Insurance licenses.The key qualities for success include humility, hunger, and enthusiasm for hunting new business. The right candidate will enjoy building and growing a new market with pensationCompensation is performance-based, combining a base salary with commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested.
