We’re looking for a world-changer — someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants to build something revolutionary from the ground up.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoBuild and own Aeone’s go-to-market and sales strategy from the ground upDrive both B2B and B2C sales with a focus on closing new business and building repeatable pipelinesDrive adoption of our AI-powered tools through digital and traditional sales channelsBuild partnerships with brands, agencies, and creators — with a strong focus on community building .Prospect, pitch, and close deals across marketing teams, creators, and enterprise partnersPartner with the founding team to shape pricing, packaging, and customer success strategiesRecruit, build, and lead a world-class marketing and sales teamBe the voice of the customer , feeding insights back into product developmentWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record in marketing software sales (SaaS, Martech, or related)Experience across digital and traditional marketing channelsA hunter mindset — you love building pipelines and closing dealsBonus: exposure to influencer marketing or creator-focused platformsExceptional ability to build and grow communities that drive trust and adoptionLeadership experience: recruiting, managing, and scaling sales/marketing teamsEntrepreneurial , scrappy , and hungry to build something from zero to oneDriven, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based upsideWhy You’ll Love This RoleCompensation with real upside : $70K base + 0.3%–0.5% equity + 10% uncapped commission on all sales for the first 2 years.
