In this leadership role, you will oversee all supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency from procurement to distribution. You will drive operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement, while managing a team of supply chain professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships to support the company/'s growth and customer satisfaction goals. This role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company/'s supply chain strategy in line with business goals and objectives.Oversee comprehensive supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.Lead, mentor, and manage the supply chain team to ensure high performance and professional development.Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods.Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate potential supply chain risks and opportunities.Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements across all supply chain functions.Collaborate with sales, production, and finance departments to align supply chain operations with company needs.Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements across the supply chain while maintaining quality standards.Report on supply chain performance, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.Implement and maintain technology solutions (e.g., ERP systems) to support supply chain processes and data management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
