Director, Medical Affairs - Critical Care Base pay range $220,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus Location Paramus, NJ (on-site) Overview A global pharmaceutical company is hiring for a Director, Medical Affairs to provide scientific and medical leadership across its Critical Care portfolio - overseeing field-based medical activities, fostering effective relationships with key opinion leaders, and contributing to research and development strategy. Responsibilities Build and maintain scientific relationships with external KOLs and experts, as well as internal cross-functional stakeholders. Support global research and development initiatives and strategy. Represent the company at medical and scientific conferences and meetings. Provide strategic leadership for and contribute to the development of advisory boards, congresses, medical presentations, and scientific symposia. Develop and deliver scientific training for internal teams. Review promotional content for medical and scientific accuracy. Collaborate with clinical teams to support post-marketing studies and investigator-initiated trials. Evaluate grant requests and scientific literature. Track requests for medical information and ensure scientifically accurate responses to medical inquiries. Manage operational budget and resource allocation.
